We design and execute, according to Customer's needs:
- Simple versions for simple production stands,
- Centralised control systems for process lines and production plants with computer visualisation.

Apart from the typical devices produced by our company, we also perform machines adaptations for special needs.
All our devices have the required certificates and approvals, Polish and European.
1. Loose material packers for valve bags
Designed for dusty materials, and mixtures of dusty and granulated products packing: dry building mixes with gravel or high quantity of sand, dusty PVC, paraffin, etc.
Bags size: from 10 to 50kg.
Output: 180 - 280 bags of 25kg per hour, depending on packed material type.
Designed for hygroscopic, moist, easily aerated products, requiring packing without aeration: cereal and potato flour, table salt, dusty charcoal. graphite, feeds, etc.
Bags size: from 10 to 50kg.
Output: 100 - 150 bags of 25kg per hour, depending on packed material type.
Designed for packing of sugar, rock salt, etc. into 10 - 50kg bags.
High output, minimum 400 bags of 50kg per hour.
The above mentioned packers can be combined into groups in line. It allows for output multiplication.
2. Loose material rotary packers for valve bags

They are designed for products suitable for packers described above, with the output of 900 - 2400 bags of 25kg per hour.
3. Automatic machines for putting bags on the packer spout
They cooperate with all types of valve packers.
We make them as a unit cooperating with single packer or with group of packers.
4. Loose material packers for open mouse bags
For all loose materials, depending on installed feeder (screw, gravitaty, belt, vibrating).
We deliver self-contained packing units, and also complete packing stand with transporters, welders or stitchers.
Weighing ranges: 1 - 5kg and 10 - 50kg.
Output: 180 - 600 bags of 25kg per hour, depending on packed product type and packer configuration.
5. Loose material packers for BIG-BAG bags
For all loose materials, depending on installed feeder (screw, gravity, belt, rotary).
Weighing ranges: 200 - 1000kg and 500 - 2000kg.
They are made in the following versions:
- With the receiving of single packed bags on the pallet or suspension eyes - output of min. 40 bags of 500kg per hour,
- With the automatic receiving of filled bags on the cumulative transporter without pallets - output of min. 200 bags of 500kg per hour.
6. Loose material unloaders for BIG-BAG bags
For all loose materials and all BIG-BAG's sizes and types.
With the quick emptying or precise dosing, continuous and batchwise.
7. Batchwise mixers for loose materials
Designed for building chemicals mixing (from sand to highly dispersive mixes), granulated products, feeds, fertilizers, etc.
We make them from the stainless or carbon steel, abrasive-resistant, with the point outlet or with the bomb type opened bottom.
Sizes: from the laboratory 10litre to the production ones with the useful volume from 200 to 6000litres.
Mixing time: from 1 to 4 minutes, depending on the mixed product.
8. Loose materials mixers - continuous mixing
Designed for mixing of loose and sticky products with fluid admixtures, e.g. fine coal with the fluid binder.
The type and output are calculated according to the Customer's needs.
9. Paste and semi-fluid products mixers
Designed for specific products or product groups, with the output and size according to the Customer's needs.
10. Weight feeders with continuous dosage
- Belt feeders

Designed for continuous, precise feeding of all types of loose materials.
We make them in sizes and with outputs adjusted to the Customer's needs.
11. Drum dryers
Designed for drying of quartz and lime sand, gravel, etc.,
We make them in three versions, allowing for acquiring the dried product in three temperature ranges:
- from 100 C to 110 C,
- from 80 C to 90 C,
- from 55 C to 65 C.
We make them in sizes and with outputs adjusted to the Customer's needs
12. Mechanical transporters
For the transport of various types of loose materials, packed in the bags, boxes, etc.
They are made in various versions and configurations: stable, mobile, rotary, opened, covered and others, according to the Customer's needs.
For the transport of pallets, plaster boards, cartons, etc.
They are made in various versions and configurations, according to the Customer's needs.
For the transport and dosing of various types of loose materials.
U-shape, pipe-shape with variable or fixed pitch, made from carbon, stainless or abrasive-resistant steel.
We make them in sizes and with outputs adjusted to the Customer's needs.

They are made in various versions and configurations, according to the characteristics of dedusted devices and process lines.
They are made from carbon or stainless steel, in wide range of sizes and outputs.

Silos are made in any size, from carbon or stainless steel, upon our own or delivered documentation.
It also applies to all kinds of steels structures.
We take on silos and steel structures production with erection, as well.
